Hygenic Hygiene

-Showering

In fact, dermatologists recommend showering in water that's lukewarm or slightly warm. Do a quick rinse to wet your skin before applying any soap. Using a loofah, washcloth, or just your hands, apply bar soap or bodywash to your body. Start at your neck and shoulders, and work your way down the length of your body.

Brushing your teeth-

When it comes to oral hygiene, brushing and flossing are extremely important. You should brush your teeth at least twice a day, and three times is ideal. Brushing and flossing after every meal will help remove food particles from between your teeth and gums and can help prevent tooth decay.

-Smelling good

Changes to body odor may be due to puberty, excessive sweating, or poor hygiene. Sudden changes are typically caused by the environment, medications, or foods that you eat. However, body odor, especially sudden and persistent changes to your normal odor, can sometimes be a sign of an underlying condition.Applying deodorant or antiperspirant is one of the easiest ways to prevent sweat and odor from ruining your day. When choosing between deodorant and antiperspirant, consider your hygiene goals. Deodorant helps prevent body odor, while antiperspirant prevents sweat.

Washing your hair-

Use clean water to wash your hair regularly (at least twice weekly, preferably once every other day) with body soap or shampoo, whichever is available. Massage your scalp well. This will remove dead skin cells, excess oil and dirt. Rinse well with clear water.

-Clothes

Clothes hygiene is an important aspect of one's dignity. Changing used clothes for clean ones every day is recommended. Washing dirty clothes requires adequate clean water, detergents (solid or powdered soap) and washing facilities.
